My youngest daughter just can't get enough horses. She kept nagging me about another horse carrying a rider as a companion for the rising horse.
When scaling the size should be referenced by the width of a foot.
This build was done on a desktop cnc-machine by Stepcraft from 6 mm beech plywood using a spiral-toothed 1.5 mm flute. After machining it needed a little sanding and simple gluing together. The bolts are for easy alignment only. Next time I try to keep the outer parts clean.
A laser cutter might be a good alternative tool to create (even) smaller versions. Probably you could make a aluminum or brass version and screw the parts together to get tiny key fob.
