This is remix of a peristaltic pump from Kardis.
I have redesigned the rotor part for better grip on the shaft. Now it has internal slot for M3 nut.
The rotor consist of two parts that should be glued together. If printed from ABS, use just a bit of acetone. If printed from PLA use cyanoacrylate glue.
The stator uses same screw positions as original part. It is designed for 5 mm outer diameter and 3 mm inner diameter silicone tube. I have tunined the internal diameter of stator until the force applied on tube was enough to create air tight seal.
You can try different internal diameters of the stator to find perfect size for good seal. I have prepared different sizes of stator with internal diameter in range from 39.7 mm to 40.7 mm.
