Summary

Speakers using many recycled parts. What you need : 2x PC speakers 8 ohm 0.5W 57-58mm diameter, headphone or speaker cable with 3.5mm jack, 5V phone charger Nokia Samsung etc, PAM8403 audio amplifier (Ebay). 3mm plywood for the box. Run the LYZ files on a K40 laser, first Engrave, then remove the decor layer and Cut. Glue the front to the speaker nests, for the stiffener use the remaining cut edges. Pop in the speakers and find schematics on the net about PAM8403 wiring. Mount the amplifier module on the back of the box. Cut off the charger plug and check polarity of the wires (against all conventions, I've seen the negative pole on red wire !). Adding a serial 0.3-1 mH choke-1000uF/10V elko to filter to supply line will improve noise filtering but not essential. I left the back un-glued in case the thing needs servicing. Please see pics.
