This is a case for for Mahjong tiles. It is for large tiles, that measure 22,5 x 44 x 33 mm. You need to make four boxes.
I made this using 4 mm MDF, and assembled it using ordinary wood glue.I then stained it with an oil based finish to get a nice dark look.
Red should be cut through.
Green should be engraved deeply.
Blue should be engraved.
