Here's a little something you may want to print before you need it. Luckily, I upgraded to the XYZ Pro so I had another printer to fix the broken machine. My older Da Vinci 1.0 was just not printing well. The circles had drifted out of round to an annoying degree so I went to tighten the belts only to find that one of my belts adjustments was maxed out. Upon closer inspection, I found that one of the plastic cup that holds the shaft bearings for the Y axis drive system was broken into several pieces. Upon disassembly, the other one cracked as well (see them both in the picture). They were both very brittle. I see in the new machine they are made from a different material so I have to assume this was a problem. This is a replacement pice for that which is broken. I created two version. One with tabs for the tension springs (which were not broken so I didn't replace them) and another for the motor side where I replaced them both. Perfect fit first time :-) and an hour later my printer is happy again in that whole EMO sort of way....
