The file 'Xplorer Strum Bar PCB Replacement 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 310.7KB.
This is my custom made replacement for the PCB in the Xplorer model of Guitar Hero guitars.
Essentially, my guitar was stuck in some weird down-strumming state when playing Clone Hero. So I took the back off of the guitar and using a multimeter I figured out that the connections between the ground and the down pin had a slight connection even when the switch wasn't depressed... so I investigated further... I found that my PCB was corroded which was causing a short between the pinholes.
Rather than trying to buy a new PCB I opted to un-solder the switches and directly wire them to the main PCB of the guitar. I tossed the PCB but kept all of the other plastic bits that connect the switches to the hub (the switch-bracket, the two side pieces) and created the attached 3D model which mimics the size of the PCB - just with a slot for the pins of the switches to go through.
There are definitely some ways that this could be improved but tbh I put it all together, screws and all and it's working perfectly! So I decided to post here in case anyone else is having a similar issue. Hope this helps!
