The file 'Working Time Machine 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 1.7MB.
This functional thing builds on the gears in my 100HEX Working Gear Kit https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2789514 to create a working geared clock faceplate. I found a suitable clock mechanism on Amazon [Mudder High Torque Hands Clock Mechanism with 20 mm shaft length http://a.co/2InBecS]. The gears must be turned by hand as the force is too high to have the clock mechanism actually drive them.
I printed this on a multi-material printer, but the face plate and stand can be printed without the inlays and then either left as is or painted later.
For aesthetic reasons, I made the bolt head smaller than in the Working Gear Kit. I've included a new tool to tighten these bolts.
The bushing goes inside the large 48 tooth gear in the center so it can freely spin when you tighten down the clock mechanism nut.
