The file 'TurboGrafx 16 PC Engine AV Booster Board Shell Remix 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 99.4KB.
This is a remix of Guybrushes Shell. I changed a few things, I added the top and bottom lips onto the design instead of printing it as a separate collar. I also added a Hole on the top to see the power light down inside. I also added more thickness to the bottom of the shell so that it sits flush with the turbo graphx 16 when plugged in, this way it wont flex downward if something pushes on the top.
I wanted to move the plug holes over 1-2 mm as they are not centered with my specific board, but its not a big deal s they still plug in just fine.
If I was to change anything in a future design, I would change the 'screw holes' to accept a nut, as my screws went in and just keep turning, they don't actually get tight, which is to be expected with plastic like this I guess. It holds together as it snaps together but still.
My recommendation is to orient each shell open side up on the build plate, and you'll only need supports on the 'lip' parts. Also you may need to sand/file the lip part a tiny bit depending on how sloppy your your left over support parts are (on my prusa they are kind of sloppy, so a little filling/sanding helps it go in and out smoothly.
