I hacked this for my Hogwarts model- which is between N and HO scale (like 1:100). So it is actually smaller than HO scale but you can scale it up. I took the wheels and carriage parts from Oleg Khmarnyi's (aka rozoom) brougham. I opted not to add doors.
I'm still not quite done painting and doing all the finish work. I will update- hopefully with a picture next to my Hogwarts model. Hopefully you don't see the thestrals.
