Summary

T-Slot Slider Backlash-free Adjustable

This is a short backlash-free adjustable t-track silder for my self-made circular table saw table. It although fits into the t-track of the Dewalt DWE7492 (see picture).

You can buy these sliders on the internet but in lack of a shorter one which is backlash-free adjustable I created this one designed for my needs.

Update 2022-12-19:

I added a longer version with 300mm length because it was requested in the comment section. I will try to provide some more different lengths in the next months.
ATTENTION: I didn't print this length because my printer isn't capable such a dimension. I hope it works anyway. If not please let me know.

Additional Parts Needed

  • 4 x M4 nuts

Post Printing

Press the nuts in the suitable gaps. In my case they had a tight fit and I didn't need to glue them.
Put the slotted ring in the gap on the other side of the M4 nuts and screw the countersunk head screw in so that the slotted ring can expand and you can adjust the silder backlash-free in your t-slot.
