Summary

Remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:325294 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:308335 .

I also added "pencil replacement" because originally you were supposed to put the two bone ends on a pencil. They are supposed to get glued together. Bone ends are separate for easier printing.

If you want to print the pencil replacement there are two versions, shorter and longer. The shorter one is made so the bone ends fit nicely into claws and claws need to be a bit bent together in order to change the TP roll. The longer one should be fine just by carefully pulling it from one of the claws without bending them.
I would also suggest gluing one bone end to the "Pencil Replacement Shorter" and second only to the holder. That way, the roll change would be much easier just by pulling the rod out of the holder, but the rod could slide out during use.

Pencil replacements have conical ends and those ends warped a bit during printing, but I still used them as those ends are completely hidden inside bone ends

Using this holder is definitely not very practical but it looks so nice....

I adhered the holder with doublesided tape intended for bathroom use and it holds like it was bolted down. I left two holes for M3 screws in model but i didn't want to drill permanent holes into my tiles so I added a holder without the holes for use of doublesided tape.
