Summary

Ok so i had seen a few VISORs on here and some other sites but i never saw any in two pieces and some of the designs i just did not like.. I found one on here i tried to modify from but i could not print it or slice it or even bring it into cad it would become jagged others complained there slicer wouldn't work. So i took the time and figured i would create one everyone could print and even modify as long as you give me some cred but just some nice clean files.. I forgot to take a pic as it printed the bars but it does print them nice the only thing my slicer did which is built into the XYZ was go back and forth instead of around from left to right so it wound up leaving small strands of abs on the poles but they cleaned up fairly easy.. I did 0 sanding the top and bottom will be flat and smooth if you have a glass bottom.. Mine did warp a little because of being on the heat for so long and probably not enough glue ..... I found out the Purple big glue stick that elmers makes is amazing for my printer... two of the poles broke one about 75% done and one 100% done i was able to glue them back on with no problem and i used some filler glue to finish the pole that was not done... BTW the best glue i have used for ABS is Loctite, Super Glue, GEL CONTROL its a blue and silver bottle. The shit glues solid in under 20 seconds. I painted it up using acrylic paint and Paint Pens the silver paint pen was the best to use for the silver all over the acrylic gold paint was a pain. I put it on like 3 damn times shits kinda watery.. Next time or for your case buy a gold paint pen you will be happy.. I used black plastic vinyl rope and glued it inside it stayed perfect with that loctite glue... I did leave room on the inside of the design though so you could put some nice hard foam or whatever if you wanted it to hold to your face or just be comfy. But rope worked good.. This piece should work for all people i have a big nose and it fits nice on mine but the way i made it it should rest on all noses and also your cheek bone if you don't have such a big one :)
