The file 'Simple LED Street Lantern For Tabletop Games (Dungeons And Dragons, Pathfinder, Etc…) 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 5.7MB.
A simple design of a street lamp for your tabletop rpg terrain.
Design can definitely be improved, but it works.
Assembly is really easy, but here's how I did it:
The diode should fit right into the lantern, with the wires going through the two holes at the top. You'll probably have to bend them or shorten them. Then just solder a cable onto it (or be like me and twist the cable around each wire of the diode - not recommended but works). Lead the cable through one half of the pole, then sandwich + glue them together. The battery compartment has two holes, one on each side, this is where the bare ends of cable lead through. I just stuck them in, then wrapped some tape around the entire compartment to hold them in place. Slide the battery in and boom, should light up.
You can glue the lamp onto the pole, but leaving it hanging is also an option.
You also don't have to use the StreetLamp_Lantern_Lid.stl part, I found out that it casts a pretty cool light cone onto the floor, which also looks very nice.
