The white and black (waxing and waning) Togetsu blades in the manga look a little bit different from each other, but the one I chose to model was black (Waning).
Designed the handle to snugly fit inside the hilt.
(UPDATE : Split the bottom half of the blade and the hilt to allow for multi-color)
The hilt and Blade-Bottom are connected via 6mm M4 screws (4 total : 2 for each half).
The bottom and top blade are connected via 20mm M3 screws (4 total : 2 for each half).
(if you don't have the screws, you could just use superglue, but make sure the pieces fit properly.)
Once each half is assembled, glue both halves together.
All the pieces should fit on an Ender 3 (any 220x220x220mm or larger printer).
