I love PHIL, but I wanted a way to make it fixed on a surface while still being adjustable.
This is a very simple remix to do just that. :)
Secure the larger side with screws, and let the smaller side move freely along the tongue.
The images show 608 bearings being used, but the original spools can be used as well, of course. I used a bearing cover by I_need_a_better_name and a slightly modified bearing-to-PHIL pin adapter by slowell. I've included them in the Thing.
