LINEAR RAIL V4.0
(LINEARFÜHRUNG)

Use POM Filament + PP Filament for the rails. The upper are PP, the other all POM. (1,75mm)

Tested motions: 50.000 for and back motions. I think min. 100-150k motions reachable.
You can mount on this platform your own stuff.

PARTS NEEDED:

• NEMA-17 Stepper motor
• Screws: M5x10 the most and other M Screws, the fan M4.
• M3 Einpressmuttern (4x5,7 Ruthex)
• Aluminium Profile (I used Item Profile (I-Profil) 20x20mm. If you use 3 of the 150mm Rails you need 600mm Profile. It passes perfectly.
  • 150mm (1 Rail) -> min. 300mm length Aluminium profile
  • 300mm (2 Rail) -> min. 450mm length Aluminium profile
  • 450mm (3 Rail) -> min. 600mm length Aluminium profile
  • ...
• GT2 Belt on roll, you can cut them for your needed length
• Other GT2 Stuff for Stepper, inkl. the spring for fasten the belt
• PP Filament for upper rails
• POM Filament for the other rails, other works also, but POM is the best material for sliding and doesnt so much abrasive.
