3axis.co Digital File License (Manufacturing & Commercial Use License)

This License governs the use of all digital design files (including but not limited to DXF, SVG, CDR, AI, EPS, PDF and similar formats) downloaded from 3axis.co. By downloading any file from 3axis.co, you agree to the terms of this License.

1. Ownership

All digital design files available on 3axis.co are the intellectual property of 3axis.co and are protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a license to use the file — you do not own the digital design.

2. What You Are Allowed To Do (Permitted Use)

You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual commercial license to:

• Use the digital files on laser cutting, CNC, plasma, milling, engraving, or any fabrication machine
• Produce physical products from the files
• Sell the physical products you manufacture
• Sell those products online or offline
• Use the produced items for commercial, personal, or industrial purposes
• Produce and sell the physical items in unlimited quantities

There is no limit on how many physical products you may create and sell from the files.

3. What You Are NOT Allowed To Do (Prohibited Use)

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

• Redistribute the digital files
• Resell the digital files
• Share the digital files with others
• Upload the digital files to any website (free or paid)
• Donate, exchange, transfer, or gift the digital files
• Include the digital files in any bundle, pack, or collection
• Modify the digital files and redistribute them
• Claim the digital design as your own work

This restriction applies to all file formats and to both original and modified versions of the files.

4. Modification of Files

You may modify the files only for the purpose of producing physical products. You may NOT redistribute, sell, or share the modified digital files.

5. No Digital File Resale Rights

This License does not grant any right to sell, share, or distribute the digital design files themselves in any form.

6. Enforcement

Unauthorized distribution of digital files from 3axis.co is a violation of this License and international copyright law and may result in legal action.

7. Acceptance of Terms

Downloading any file from 3axis.co constitutes acceptance of this License.
