This is a K40 mirror mount, height adjustable gantry mount, and adjustable lens mount.

I've attached the F3d and Step files so that you can adjust sizes and lengths for your specific lens.

It shouldn't require any supports except for maybe the air assist head.

The mirror mount uses m4 bolts and nuts, the nuts are pressed and superglued in place, and the gantry mount uses m4 bolts.

There are two types of lens mount available, one with air assist and one without. I personally prefer using the holder without the air assist and instead opting to use the air assist mount and tube.

The lens holder is designed to take 20mm lenses, but you can either change the dimensions, or cut/print a 12mm to 20mm adapter for the stock lens.

If you plan on creating your own sized lens mount then a good rule of the focal length of the lens - 20mm and that'll be the height from the lens to the bottom of the holder. Then just create a 20mm high puck so that you can position that between your workpiece and lens holder.

The mirror is held in place by the little clip and screw from the stock head.

The height adjustable mirror holder and gantry plate weren't made by me, they were designed for another product and as such you'll need to file/sand the slots a little to get the mirror close enough to the gantry.

I've been using this for about a week and not had any issues so far, but keep in mind since this is 3d printed and lasers are hot, do not leave it unattended.
