My ProComp Alloy wheels came with thin plastic center caps. Once was stolen and another cracked due to the thin plastic. I decided to 3d print these as replacements. I plan to paint the JEEP letters and void around Texas outline to make it stand out a bit, but work fine otherwise.
Updated the version, I wanted the caps to be a bit shorter and also wanted to have the center piece be smoother and a different color. Print each piece of v2 (pegs up for center piece) and you'll get a smooth surface in whatever color you choose. Photo shows a slight flaw in the black base, had an issue with my printer. There's another version coming soon with a smooth surround around the center piece.
Updated to use the shorter version and to allow the center piece emblem to have a smooth finish in a different color. Print the v3 pieces large side down, emblem with pegs up and you'll get smooth surfaces in whatever colors you choose. I've standardized the attachment peg placement and included a "blank" emblem so that you can customize to your hearts desire. All you need is the v3.stl and one of the specific emblems. I'm printing with PetG on glass and the surface is super smooth.
