UPDATE (04-DEC-2017): Build pics added from a friend of mine (GRACIAS EDU !!). Thanks for trust me dude... Pics have been taken inmediatly after print, no postprocessing done, these trees come out as you see. He has scaled up the model.
This is a model for a hairy xmas tree. It doesn't need postprocessing after printing as it doesn't use a coaster wall. Filament will hang down during printing due to extrusion temperature. Stop the layer fan to increase the hanging as this lets the material cool down slowly and be more susceptible to the gravity's law (won't work at zero gravity). There are some similar models out there but I wanted to design my own.
Recommendations for print: No support required. No postprocessing. Recommended 0.2 layer and 0.4 nozzle. PLA or flex print. No layer fan. Don't scale it down, it won't work as thin layers won't be printed. This is a 2-3 hour print as it is 100x140x140 mm print.
Hint: You can change the filament near the mid of the print to a white one to make it snowy... Or even multicolor ;-)
Htree2.stl is a heavier model if you prefer (hair quantity doubled)
