I was learning a new song and wanted to put some chords I don't know right on the sheet music so I don't have to keep looking at the big chart, but to draw them neatly and small is hard, so I made a three part stencil. You draw the box first, then you use it to line up the horizontal and vertical lines. Then you can fill it in with whatever chord you need!
In addition to the ukulele stencil, I've added some tabs on either end for easier handling, with a hole so it can be attached to a notebook or keychain.
(please don't judge me by the chords I don't know! I only know a few!)
