This is a working cuff / manacle / shackle printed with 3 links attached. The inspiration was for my daughter's cosplay of "Mink" from Dmmd (anime).
I've printed this (in fine mode) at 100% (fits a man's wrist) and at 75% (child's wrist) on an Ultimaker, and in both instances the screws work fine (although it takes a little effort to screw them in/out to get them smooth). The bolts are already scaled (X/Y) vs. the receiving hinge. If I were to print for my daughter again, I'd try 80% scale.
The STL file is a clean original working version. The 3 OBJ files have supports and are distressed around the exterior to look more authenticate... if using the OBJ files, you'll need to print 2 of the part 3 (bolt) as these screw into either side to act as hinges.
I printed all of these as shown in my screenshots (eg bolt vertical, with threads at top). Thingiverse created a few interesting screenshots from the OBJ / STL files showing them in a way I wouldn't recommend printing them.
Addition (Aug 2017):
Upon request, I added a single STL of the 4 pieces distressed and with supports (basically a conversion of the 3 OBJs I had loaded). I have not tried to print from this file, but assume it will work just fine.
