It's a bit smaller than a credit card actually, so that if you kave a book-style credit card holder it comes out easier and wears it out less. It is designed so that the cards don't fall out by themselves, so they might be hard to remove at first. It's easiest to lift the card wit the nail of your index finger and slide it out with the thumb of your other hand. It needs one line of support (can be more, just adjust the percentage so that any support in any direction is made there) below every card slot's part that goes over the card and then they have to be removed with a thin utility knife. It might print fine without support but it might not, depends on luck, printer settings and material used. The other hole is for a straightened paperclip that is used to open up card trays in some phones and reset certain devices. Mine has a glob of solder on the other end so it is more comfy to use, but just bending it back is ok too. Make the ending for it and then cut it to the right length and blunt the end with a file.
