Summary

These are replacement feet for your Corny / Cornelius keg lid. The originals tend to break or fall off as they age.

Print this in ABS, PET (my favorite), or Nylon. PLA will not stand up to the typical cleaning solutions and temperatures encountered in cleaning beer making equipment, and PLA would probably break quickly in this application anyway.

The STL files are sized with ABS shrinkage taken into account. If you print these in PET, scale the model in your slicer to 92% if you want them to fit tightly and stay on.

There are two models, a taller version for lids with less spring and a shorter version for regular lids. The shorter version will work in almost all cases.

I don't print these with support. There is some bridging at the top, but it is a small gap and most printers should handle it well.

This isn't some great feat of engineering design, but hopefully I've saved you the trouble of printing it out repeatedly until the size is just right.

If your slicer complains that it is a small object and may be in inches, tell it to mind its own business. It is small and is a metric design.

Sketchup files are included if you want to tweak anything.
