This was designed to be filled with water, and frozen. Remember to leave room for expanding water during freezing. It holds a standard beverage can and will keep your beverage icy cold in direct sun for about 30 minutes, maybe longer. My beverages don't last any longer than that.
Use the fill hole to fill with water. When consuming, remember to cover the fill hole. If not, icy water will pour out and on you. Brrrrr.
