This has now been updated and is a modular design. The cylinder has an upper main section and various different types of lower sections. I found the magpies were draining it, so I made different lower sections that limit access with holes or slots.
You can also print two main cylinders that will join to make a bigger one.
By using the lid with the mounting hole, it can now be hung up, and for this there is also a lower tray section without the mounting holes and backing section. This tray also has a perch.
A bird feeder that can be free-standing, screwed to a wall, fence or tree or by using wire/string it can be hung
Suitable for seeds, mealworms, suet pellets, peanuts etc.
The lid is a screw fit. The cylinder was made as a separate part so that it could be printed using a different material and just pushes into place.
