Whether we like it or not, the world / worlds we inherit at birth are previously sentineled by the commerce, supply and logistics of a Merchant Navy. Now my remixed models chronologically challenged the status of the pre Earth Minbari War, took on the status quo lifestyles of those souls seeking change, seeking work, and exploring and defending Humanity in an ever deepening expansive world where Earth Force was the new kid on the block. Promptly once the Defense's and Offensive Ship designs were there to create the covert, dock yards and so on other avenues of the universe; I took us further ahead into the Earth Minbari War. This war, if fought by different ships, and possibly different decisions made could have created all the 100’s of models to be found in the listings.

Truth be told, I believe one listing offers almost 20 different models and scenic displays. However, the truth of the matter is, even if the war was extended by these ships, over time, the simple facts in shear numbers and technology and tactics would change… The Minbari would most likely change proportionately, and the Blocakdes, where we are now, would be hard pressed to keep on the struggle. It would fall to the sometimes forgotten to really show their grunt to push forward. This ship, therefore is no exception, and if at anything, would be a signal of the last stands ahead. Her Class is named Eidolones Class.

If you’re a follower, you’ll see the trend of mixing the class names with the ships intended mission or purpose. Eidolones In Greek Mythology is part of the Daimones (demons), the spirits or ghosts who would possess the living. And in war, this is a very palpable change in life for the individual. Eidolones’s are all about the act of possession of the soul. Modern Days, lets face it, It doesn’t matter what race you are or belief system you subscribe too, the men and women who have served are committed to being that Sentinel so that your life can continue. The jobs down right dangerous, We today see this in the Red Sea. So in this universe, as the tide of war would begin to change these ships presented to you could be derived from further collaboration with Earth Force by the Merchant Navy.

The ships themselves are purpose built to be a Shield Ship, take the hits, make the sacrifice to get the war effort supplies from point to point with fingers crossed, Not a ship for the faint at heart. Designed around a central truss and supporting multiple large births, geometrically the Entire ship is laden with Births to protect the smaller ships shielded inside from harms way. So what we have here logically is a collaborative effort from Military to civilian to carry on the fight. Funded and provided from Earth Dome, the class would use its birth for Logistics, Defense, Shielding, Search and Rescue. This is a tough mission with the lack of support vessels able to support a stretched thin, stretched out cause. No doubts, she’s Long Range, and possibly taking the Janus Routes. So with all that said, we have an Explorer heavily reimagined Star Frame, spares, for lack of a better term. We have Starfury / Valkyrie Gun Boat launch rails on the top of the Forecastle, rapid fire sensor guided defense grid guns strategically placed around the hull and a slim line silhouette. The Center of the Ship in hollow to allow as much supplies and smaller vessels to seek safe harbor while on route. The hull is comprised shielding, almost everywhere. Also note, in the large Hanger areas of the ship, there are top or bottom facing bay doors. These doors act as a method of dropping supplies, releasing a ship that has caught fire with dangerous cargo out of the bay and to allow for small tug or recovery vessels to leave the hanger area while loading or unloading.
