I designed floor vent extensions for my 2019 Raptor a while ago. I see that people are selling similar items for an absurd amount of money while it only costs $5 in materials to print. I am sharing my design for free so that anyone with a 3d printer can make their own as well.
I have added some airflow enhancements so that the flow is better redirected upwards as I had some whistling on my initial design. This was due to sharp edges on the vent fins.
Please do not sell my design as it differs from others on the market. I will ensure to check etsy and ebay to catch anyone trying to make a profit off of such a simple design of mine.
I did use a tree support, but it's not needed if your bed is sticky. You can also print it vertically if needed. I used PLA and it's strong enough for me to stand on without failing.
So far, no distortion or issues in the hot sun.
