The file 'Laser Cut 1969 Mustang Simplified Cnc/laser' is (dxf, pdf, svg) file type, size is 155.2KB.
UPDATE: I published an enhanced version featuring a more detailed interior and various thickness of the layers here.
After several simplified planes-models I decided it'd be time for a car. Inspired by Jake Diaz I went with a classic muscle car: the 1969 Ford Mustang. Other than Jake I used plywood only. To make the back wheels stick out a little further I used two washers on each side.
My build was done on a desktop cnc-machine by Stepcraft using a spiral-toothed 1.2 mm flute. I used baltic birch plywood and an unknown red wood as well as beech plywood for the second version. A 6 mm beech rod made the axles. I added a little bit of grease to improve the rotation.
A laser cutter might be a good alternative tool to create smaller versions.
