Wooden hinged box made of 3mm thick plywood and a laser cutter.
The provided files are engraving free vector files, and can easily be customized. They can be edited with Inkscape.
The current dimensions are 140x115x210mm^3 for the outside envelope, and 134x80x204mm^3 for the inner volume.

The dimensions of the shaft and toothpick holes may be changed depending on your laser cutter tolerances.
