Super simple no glue birdfeeder. Uses tab and friction fit alone to hold together. Made out of 5.2mm plywood, cut with laser. There are two separate .svg files - one for the sides of the feeder, one for all the flats.
Siderails have small gap to allow drainage, but will keep in all but the smallest seeds.
Assembly instructions:
1) Place wide bottom tabbed piece into sides.
2) Place wide roof pieces (there are 2) into the sides, the extended/longer side goes towards the center.
3) Place the center/narrow roof piece into the sides.
4) When all tabbed pieces are into the sides, slide the top roof rail through the top center cutout - when all the way through, push down on the rail. There will be friction as the rail is cut on an incline in order to make it tight.
5) Slide both siderails through the side slots, and press down firmly to lock them into place.
6) Tie a string through each precut hole. It will help to stabilize the birdfeeder if after this you tie a loop in that string in order to prevent sliding.
7) That's it, hang your birdfeeder.
