Summary

Now you can create your own stylish shoe rack with ease!

This product is designed to be laser cut, but could also be router cut or jigsawed using templates printed from the design.

Design level: V01

• Three angled shelves with lips to hold your shoes
• Additional small shelf below for flat shoes
• Top shelf for display items
• Integrated pet tunnel to keep them out of mischief
• Designed for 12mm thick ply wood
• You can modify the design to accommodate different thickness material or sized shoes using the supplied drawings or 3D model

  1. Cut plywood to size using preferred method
  2. Sand the cut edges to remove the soot (if laser cutting), and consider sanding the ply surfaces for a nicer finish
  3. Assemble the pieces as per the video below using a mallet to tap into place
  4. Counter sink the holes on the rear piece
  5. Drill a pilot hole into the butting ply edges to be screwed
  6. Secure with 8gx35mm or longer counter sunk timber screws
  7. Paint or finish as desired

I've only produced one version of this design so far and fully expect there to be a need for improvements. All feedback is welcome.
