Deck box to store up to eight sleeved 100-card decks
A box big enough to hold plenty of Magic:The Gathering decks, tokens and accessories. When open, the lid can be slotted under the box to save space. Rectangular reliefs in the decks slots makes it easy to access your cards.
Material
I used a laser cutter with 4mm laser cuttable plywood for the example box. Any 4mm material should work. It was assembled with simple wood glue and clamps.
Design details
All sizes are inner dimensions in millimeters.
Box:
Length: 260
Width: 192
Height: 68
One deck slot (using the same axes as for the box):
Length: 62
Width: 94
Height: 68
Lid:
Length: 270
Width: 202
Height: 34
The lid has 2mm extra in length and width. That was added to allow the lid fit over the box even if there's small bending or other deviations in the plywood.
Kerf used is 0.1 mm, which causes the tabs to be 0.2mm narrower than their corresponding slots
