The file 'Laser Cut Cardboard Techniques Mini Tabletop Displays' is (cdr, pdf) file type, size is 236.3KB.

Summary

These mini tabletop displays were inspired by a FabLearn workshop by Erin Riley a few years ago where she shared a cardboard inventory of techniques she developed for her school.

Here's the link for the original Cardboard Inventory:

Unlike other similarly themed posters, these mini displays are meant to be placed on tabletops and handled. The plan is to eventually link them together so that they can be displayed collectively on a wall when not needed.

Included so far are the examples from the workshop plus additional tools and techniques I've discovered along the way. (Thanks Kenneth Hawthorn!)

Besides cardboard, I'll be adding techniques for paper straws, wood, craft sticks, and more.

Important Note:

The files DO NOT include the examples of the techniques - the ones shown were all hand cut. Only the bases, text, and tool images were laser cut.

The text and bases are templates - copy/paste the text onto the bases as needed, then create your own examples.
