Box Charkha parts:
•2 sheets total 12”x12”x¼” plywood
•1 sheet total 12”x20” 1/8” plywood
•2 ABEC-9 skate bearings (center hole has to fit on a 5/16" bolt)
•2 5/16 hex head by 1 3/4” bolts to use as a post for the wheels (need an unthreaded section, will be cut down to length)
•2 ¼ 20 by 5/16” bolts
•2 ¼’ washers
•2 ¼ 20 wing nuts (I had to grind down the wings a bit to allow enough clearance for the wheels)
small torsion spring 0.8x6.0x8.0 mm (you can scavenge one off of a hair clip or clothes pin)
•TPU flexible filament (to make drive belts)
•~.9mm diameter piano wire
•1 M6 threaded revolving handle
•1 M6 nut
•4 3mm allen wrenches
Box:
•2x jewelry box hinges
•1x jewelry box latch
•Stain, clear coat, or sealant of choice
Spindle parts:
•3 2mm steel rods (6.5” in length or longer)
•3 sets of 3d printed spindle pulleys and guards (I used the ones from this project on Thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4793249)
Tools:
•Drill
•Dremel
•Epoxy
•Sandpaper
•Wood glue
•Belt sander or benchtop grinder
