Another building in my N-scale Durango series. Again, this is a truncated version of the real thing, not an exact replica. Based off the modern Gaslight Theatre, this is roughly 60-75% the actual length. There's a blank sign for customizable "Now playing" information. I don't know too much about the history of the theatre but its safe to say this is most likely better in modern settings.
There are 2 places for spotlights on the roof to highlight the Gaslight sign.
