This is a remix of a laser-cut coin stand. I used thinner 2mm acrylic sheet and allowed for some kerf, so that the pieces fit tightly together. No glue is needed. I rounded the sharp corners, too.
To cut the pieces, I used a 75W Epilog CO2 laser. A CorelDRAW file is included. If your laser has a different kerf or if you prefer a looser fit, use Contour Effect to modify the shapes.
