These are .svg cut files for a laser cut box with an integrated hinge. The boxes are cut out of 1/4" MDF and finished in these pictures with linseed oil which is not completely dry.
The hinge functions well and allows the box to open and close, with the lid staying propped open by hitting the back of the box.
There is virtually no clearance (0.5mm) on the front and sides of the box, so this is close to a dustproof box.
There are two separate box plans, one with the dividers as shown and one with the inside completely open.
No detailed instructions on this, as putting it together is complicated enough you need to do it once by yourself BEFORE you glue it. But basic instructions are to glue the bottom together (including the rounded hinge points) and allow to dry. The top (lid) section needs to be glued AROUND these hinge points, and allowed to dry while together. Because the box is interlocked/tab cut - assembly requires minimal clamping and will hold together well WHEN you have it assembled correctly.
If you have questions about assembly, feel free to message me and I will help you with where you are caught up.
