Bei Montage vom Backcover ggf. mit Spacer kann es notwendig sein, längere Schrauben zu verwenden.

Das Frontcover ist eine Abdeckung für das Display des Zumo XT. Die eine Version (Frontcover-lockable) kann nur bei geöffneter Halterung auf das Navigationsgerät gesteckt werden und wird bei geschlossener Halterung an den Seiten gehalten. Die andere Version (Frontcover-unlockable) kann bei geschlossener Halterung aufgesteckt werden, ist aber auch nicht gegen Entfernen gesichert.

Mit einer Kappe (Protective_Cap-Lock) mit Befestigungslasche kann das Schloss an der Oberseite gegen Feuchtigkeit geschützt werden. Die Lasche wird mit einem doppelseitigen Klebeband (bevorzugt 3M VHB) an der Rückwand fixiert. Sie wird mit TPU 98A-Filament gedruckt.
