ZeroSuperPads fro off-road riding and jumping
This is a series of power, brake and jump pads.
Soft and hard, locked in and loose. Combine them as you want. I will add more as it comes.
At the moment:
-Power (front pads)
-Jump block, choose soft or hard. (recommend soft) They are both quite locked in.
-Brake pad
-Heel pad (choose stiff with PLA insert or soft using TPU only)
This is not just a copy of the main big commercial power pads available. I honor their work and designs. Still, there will always be some inspiration from the good ideas others have had as well.
Anyway-
These pads focus on off-road riding and jumping. Not saying they can not be used for other uses as well.
The curve on the jump blocks are 7cm radius.
Angles are approx 30 degres and 60 degres.
Jump blocks 75mm wide
All other (power, brake, heel) are 68mm wide.
from top to bottom the:
Front pads are approx 28cm
Back pads approx 22 cm
Regarding the Jump blocks there are 2 versions at the moment. (more will come):
Print in 95A TPU or softer: Jump, Power, Brake, Heel. - 10% infill Gyroid (Power can be softer)
Print in PLA: InsertLeft, InsertRight, HeelInsert, Knob, Nut - 25% infill Cubic
The files are for the right side pads. To print the left side pads you have yo mirror them in the Slicer you use. Except for the JumpInserts as they have text in them the can not be mirrored, and I provide the right side file as well.
Buy 4 bolts 5mm/50mm long with nuts and insert into Knob.stl and Nut.stl

PLEASE GIVE ME FEEDBACK IN THE COMMENTS FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF ZEROPADS. (I might also change the name)
What other pads/block you like in this series?
Next up will probably be "Power longer", "Brake longer" and "JumpNotLockedIn"
EDIT 12 sept 2024:
I am experimenting with the stiffer "Overture high speed TPU". It says 95A as well, but it is for sure stiffer than others, and so does the comments say as well at Amazon. I want to replace the PLA inserts with this stiffer TPU to make it more resistant to crashes. And I think it will be even more comfortable but still stiff enough.
I printed new inserts with 1.8mm walls and the less flexible cubic 10% infill. I use 0.6mm nozzle also making the infill walls stiffer.
EDIT 12 sept 2024... If using a Bambu lab printer, the ribs might become weak unless you tweak some settings. The ribs are supposed to be 100% infill. As well as som internal reinforcements.
Change these settings:
In Quality tab; Precision; Slice Gap Closing Radius : 0.009 (or smaller)
Make sure when slicing the Power, Brake and Heel pads, that you can clearly see the internal reinforcements. Se attached photo with my finger pointing ;)
