The headphones have a weak spot - the plastic is super thin in the place a headphone connects to the head mount. My dad uses them extensively. He broke one pair, bought another pair and that one broke too, in the same spot. I designed the replacement part for him and we fixed both paris. The replacement part is not very pretty but it works and is heavy duty, unlikely to break again.
You should print with 100% infill,
