There are several great models of adjustable spacers for the Z axis limit switch on the Wanhao/Monoprice i3 unit. However, I just wanted something a bit more simple. I don't intend on constantly changing the thickness of my glass bed and a one-time modification will be perfect for me.
This is a simple design, it friction fits on the frame that depresses the limit switch. You can also use hot glue to give it more stick, but I haven't needed it.
The design come with two 2.5mm and two 4mm spacers. You can stretch these to be longer for your own needs. It's best to build these on a raft as they are quite tiny.
