I frequently switch between the stock metal flex plate and the glass one. The glass plate is thicker so the Z carriage must be stopped sooner, hence the spacer. This spacer is designed specifically for a Lotmaxx SC-10 Shark V1 going from a stock bed to a 3 mm thick glass bed.
Place in the base of the X arm as shown in the photos.
