The file 'Z Screw Nut T8x Ender 3 Perfect Layer Lines Replaces Brass Nut 3D Printer Model' is (STL) file type, size is 1.1MB.
I decided to fix my pile of Ender 3s. In my efforts, I realized my usual T8 nut didn't fit the profile, so I did some updates and changed a few things around. Here is my library of T8 nuts for the Ender 3. The Ender 5 profile is a bit different, and I may come back to add this to my online library. This has also been redesigned for less break-in time. It should work right off the print bed. No drill required to break it in unless you have issues with your printer on the z axis... -_-
If you are wondering which one to choose and are feeling rather cheap, look at the top of your lead screw, the number of slots at the start corresponds to the number of the stl. This library includes off the wall sizes for people who wish to upgrade their z rod.
Final note: this is way better than the brass nut and arguably better than the anti-backlash nut especially for the price and time it takes to get one from the online store vs your own printer. I have been using the printed nut for years now. I will never go back.
