The original design really captures the look and feel of these kinds of buildings, and the inset front entrance and loading dock are neat details.
I really dislike painting and prefer to print in different colours, so I made a version with separate windows and other parts.
Starting with the original files, changes include --
adding separately printed front and rear windows
adding separate window and door to the rooftop shed
adding separate doors for the rear loading dock
adding separate roof flashing for the main roof and the rooftop shed
creating an easier to print baseplate
making the side walls separate parts
adjusting the scale of the front steps and loading dock steps
adding a separate loading dock awning
adding separate water tank roof, and
