The file 'Z End Stop Trigger Adjustment For Prusa I3 3D Printer Model' is (STL) file type, size is 63.8KB.
I was tired of how the end stops worked on my folgertech prusa i3 2020, so I came up with this little piece to help out. Instead of having to move the whole end stop on the z axis up or down slightly through many trial and error attempts to get the end stop the the correct position the set the z axis home, you only have to adjust a screw that you can easily and accurately adjust. It attaches onto the x axis motor, and should work for other i3 variants as well. I used two M3 * 50mm hex head bolts on this model, and the bolts should thread into the plastic to secure itself. Depending on your printers tolerances, you will want to check to make sure that the bolt that clamp on the piece spins freely on the right side of the part, and threads into the left side.
Update revise a v2 to work with shorter screws
(Note: flip the part 180 degrees for a much easier print without supports)
