I was sick of the crappy internal door parts breaking. I hope that this can also solve other yj owners' woes. I printed this in polycarbonate for the strength.
Use an M4x40 machine screw for the lever/lock spindle.
*PUT IT IN FROM THE BOTTOM AND PUT LOW STRENGTH LOCKTIGHT ON THREADS.
Yes I designed it go to that way, it's a lot less likely that the screw will work its way out upside down.
Please use the retainers on this project and not my other model, they will not work for this assembly.
