Okay, so you've used all the fan mounts out there and are looking for something that still uses 40 mm parts cooling fans and a shroud, but doesn't interfere with Build height. This is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/mkelly's http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:671881. Or at least one section of it, specifically this model: http://www.thingiverse.com/download:1079684.
It has been reworked to be shorter and allow you to mount his original fan shroud (http://www.thingiverse.com/download:1079680) to a setup that has any E3D v5 or v6 extruder and a 40 mm x 40 mm x 10 mm cooling fan.
