The file 'Yaesu FT-7800 Remote Face Mount 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 16.4KB.
In a crazy collision of technologies, this is a mount for a removable (remote) face for a dual-band Ham radio made by Yaesu.
Problem: How to mount the remote face of my new radio in my Prius without drilling any holes? Bonus for easy removal!
Before you get too far... even if you ARE a licensed Ham, odds are you don't need a mount to fit an FT-7800. However, I am very satisfied with how this came out, and maybe it can inspire you to solve a similar problem.
I have a silly little rubberish doohickey that fits into my cup holder, called a ["Cellcup"] (available at Amazon) and is designed to hold a smartphone in addition to pens and maybe a chapstick.
This mount mimics the dimensions of a smart phone such that it can fit into this rubber insert and hold the face of the radio and microphone in a convenient location on the center console of my Prius.
