Different manufacturers XT60 connectors are slightly different in dimensions. Which is a problem when you want a cap to fit them all.
This design is supposed to cover different variations.
I have a couple of XT60 from different mades, this cap design fits all of them.
In case of:
-slightly larger ones: the cap is a little bit thight, but it's still okay (just make sure to remove any elephant foot from the inner side of the print)
-slightly smaller ones: the cap moves easily bit still not too loose
-anything in between: just fits perfectly
I added little rims to the top of the cap, for better grip.
Choose color for you needs.
E.g. in my case red means drown, gray means storage voltage on the batteries.
